Any Ohio Resident may join this CUBE in the fight to preserve the right to get hired into jobs of similar industry, similar pay and the opportunity to use skills that promote advancement. Additionally, this CUBE is to be used to promote the need for government sectors to target market Ohio for re-growth opportunities, to be selective in business zoning in effort to raise quality job opportunities that offer top pay, quality benefits and long term growth. Employers should be offered incentives to raise pay, jobs for advancement and expense credits to improve operations where needed. Additionally, residents should be offered funding for business start up costs without usual ”credit approval” ratings, as most people who’ve lost jobs, don’t have best of credit – rather qualifications should be based on business idea, relative experience, means to promote business and ability to create new jobs. Finally, this CUBE promotes the need to raise more public dollars to help residents maintain basic living expenses until employed. ODJFS, like most government agencies have had budget dollars cut tremendously, leaving huge demands on civic organizations who have already waned, causing a negative ”domino effect” where other resources are sought through churches and other non-profit sectors leaving Ohio residents vulnerable to eventual homelessness.
