Three generations of my family were suddenly plunged into chaos, when the government took over General Motors and they released me from my management job after 25 years of outstanding performance.
I was out of work a year and a half the first time and then joined another company that reorganized and now I am out of work almost a year.
Obama has done nothing for me or my family. He only seems to take care of Union workers.

I graduated from college in 2008 at the age of 30. I obtained a job within two months and was laid off on March 12, 2010. Since then I have applied to hundreds of jobs and have not had an interview for a full time position since August, 2010. It has become obvious that racial and unemployment discrimination has become a factor in my sustained state of unemployment. Yet congress refuses to pass legislation to prevent this. I am a talented graphic and web designer with skills that rival any of my competitors. I am young, confident and I have crazy drive. All I want is the opportunity to provide for my family.

I got laid off. Woke up Monday morning and started my own business rather than rely on any one else for work….ESPECIALLY THE GOVERNMENT!! After months of 18 hr days I finally made a profit and have been going strong ever since.
